The Oleander Place Townhomes at Adams & Oleander are making good progress on Phase One. The stucco rear facade is up, and the brick & stone facades facing Adams and Oleander are now going up. At the northwest corner of Henderson & Oleander Walk, a small infill building is planned that would bring ground-floor office space and second-story loft apartments. The building is being designed by Joe and Bob Franks. More info to come.
