Worth, I moved back three weeks ago, into the Near Southside/Fairmount area. Having lived in NYC for the last dozen years, one of the determining factors for me was being walking distance to some decent bars and restaurants. *Another* new place going up - this one a brewpub, further convinces me that I definitely made the right decision. Exciting times indeed! After 20 years away from Ft. Worth, I moved back three weeks ago, into the Near Southside/Fairmount area.
