West 7th Adds More Retail Tenants

The West 7th development by Cypress Equities has added four new retail tenants to its mix, we have learned:

  • Teskey’s Uptown – An offshoot of the western wear store from Weatherford, Teskey’s Uptown will offer “fashion-forward western and urban apparel.”
  • Flirt Boutique – Women’s apparel, shoes, and accessories store.
  • Heritage Boot of Austin – Men’s and women’s custom boots.
  • Pure Bliss – “Spa services.”

These tenants are added to the existing lineup of LA Fitness, Movie Tavern, Lucky Strike Lanes, Tillman’s Roadhouse, Fireside Pies, Patrizio, Paciugo, Yofe Fresh Fruit & Yogurt Cafe, Toni & Guy, Avant Garden, Bailey’s Prime Plus Steakhouse, Brownstone, Delaney’s Irish Pub, and Terra Mediterranean Grill.

In related news, the Movie Tavern at West 7th will be opening this Friday, November 13.

Responsible and thoughtful comments are welcome. Be aware, though, that this site exists in part as an advocacy site for New Urbanism and its potential to remake Fort Worth into an even more livable city than it is today. Thoughtful dissent is generally welcome insofar as it fosters thoughtful replies. Inflammatory dissent, whether intentional or not, will be deleted. Commenters whose comments we routinely delete will be banned. Nothing personal, but this is a privately owned and operated web site, and we are aiming for a specific tone and audience. Work within those guidelines and all will be well.

The Movie Tavern at West 7th is already open. I went yesterday.

  2. We’re just going by what Cypress Equities themselves told us, which was Friday. Perhaps that’s the “grand opening” and the place has been operating in a “soft launch” mode leading up to it.

The grand opening is this friday, but they have had three films playing since last friday. I had the chance to go last Saturday and I can safely say that it is the nicest movie theater that I have ever been to.

Its nice to see something other than restaurants.

I trusted Google maps, which told me there was an LA Fitness here. There wasn’t. The area looked nice, though.

The LA Fitness is there but it is not finished yet. It sits right next to the Movie Tavern. I’m sure it pops up on google maps because they do have to set up there address before they actually open.

*their (sorry about that, didn’t proof read)
