We're super excited and hope to bring a local restaurant into the area soon. We'll also have 3 to 4 lofts (one bedroom set ups) for lease upstairs! So you could walk to Fred's or Chimy's! If you'll send me your email I'll forward you progress as we go into construction mode on the exterior. We've demo the interior back to the orig walls and concrete columns. It's a very stout building. It's great to save an old building and bring it back to life. You guys are doing a great job of covering the new developments around town. Keep up the good work.
