With the New 9th Street Heritage Walkway(ITC to City Hall), the Streetcar will enhance this area as well. It would be nice to see the Old United Way Building(x-Texas Motor Coach Terminal/Trailways) be preserved and be incorporated as a mixed use Retail//Residential/Office and Streetcar Station Facility such as the "Travel By Streetcar" building in Portland Oregon.This would marry the Streetcar Tracks on Commerce with the ITC as a walking Pedestrian Parkway Transit Mall.
