Museum Place Update

Museum Place in the Cultural District looks to be edging towards construction of their next phase. A rendering, shown above, has appeared along 7th Street for what looks like the next building in the development, which will combine ground-floor retail space and upper-floor rental apartments.

What appears to be the beginnings of a facade sample have also appeared next to the rendering.

In the big One Museum Place building, Legacy Texas Bank is getting ready to open on 7th Street.
