First Friday on the Green Tonight

Just a reminder that First Friday on the Green, the Near Southside’s live music series put on by Fort Worth South, Inc., features its April show tonight at 6:00 PM. Big Daddy Alright, described as FW/D’s premiere seven-piece jump blues & swing band, is the headline attraction, along with ODIS. First Friday on the Green is held at Magnolia Green Park, on Lipscomb between Rosedale and Magnolia.

The event starts at 6:00. Admission is free, but you are encouraged to bring a canned food item for the Tarrant Area Food Bank. There will be food from Chadra Mezza & Grill, so appetites are welcome, too. A PDF info sheet is available here.

    Yes, beer will be sold. Chadra will have beer and wine.
