Dixie House Cafe Headed To Downtown Bennigan's Space?

I’m hearing from various sources that the former Bennigan’s space in the STS Building at Houston & 5th in Downtown has a sign up advertising a Dixie House Cafe coming soon. Should that turn out to be true…thoughts from the readers?
