West 7th Adds More Retail/Restaurant Tenants, Pour House Included
By: Kevin Buchanan

The Business Press reports that the West 7th development by Cypress Equities has just announced more retail space leasings. The mixed-use development has added the following tenants to its ground-floor retail/restaurant mix:
The Pour House (relocating from Downtown)
Bailey’s Prime Steakhouse
An as-yet unnamed Mediterranean grill by the owners of Ali Baba Mediterranean Grill
Avant Garden, a modern floral studio and gift store
These new tenants join the existing lineup:
LA Fitness
Movie Tavern
Lucky Strike Lanes
Delaney’s Irish Pub
Tillman’s Roadhouse
Fort Worth City Market
Fireside Pies
Patrizio
Paciugo
Yofé
Backwoods (now open)
Sovereign Bank (now open)
I’m sure that fans of the Pour House will be glad to see the longtime Downtown establishment relocating after their recent closure. Speculation has been that the new owners of the former Pour House building in Downtown, XTO Energy, may be wanting to demolish that building for a new office midrise, and that their decision not to renew the Pour House’s lease is part of those plans.
In other West 7th news, the development’s 345 apartments are supposed to be ready for occupancy by July.

MMMMMM, Ali Baba’s has been my favorite Lebanese for about 15 years now. Once they open up in Fort Worth I will have no reason to ever go to Dallas again.
Can you find out what the apartment rents will be? I’m looking right now and don’t want to sign a lease of they’re going to be in my price range.
(They probably won’t be, but one can dream)
Tillman’s Roadhouse will be a welcomed addition to Fort Worth’s culinary scene. It’s one of the best in Dallas. If you go try the Trio of Fries and the Table-Side S’mores
Patrizio and Fireside Pies are so delicious! I can’t wait! But I can wait for the traffic to get worse in that area!
