		<description>The bubble was going to burst and at least it did that we won’t loose all the developments. It seems that when our city gets hold of a lot of neat projects this type of nightmare happens.  I hope that the development along West Seventh doesn’t fizzle to. Let’s keep our fingers crossed.</description>
