The image above is our first look at the new building being planned by XTO Energy for the block at 7th & Calhoun across from the historic Binyon-O’Keefe Warehouse that XTO’s moving into. The new building features a few floors of office space and then several floors of parking. Local firm Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford has created a building that compliments the style of the Binyon-O’Keefe Warehouse very nicely. Click for a bigger view.

Put domes on the corners and it reminds me of a certain building… Oh yeah, the one I live in!
I know it probably won’t really look that similar when its built, but this image looks very similar to the T&P.
Hmmmm… I wonder if the parking will strictly support their business operations or be open to the public. Looks like a viable option for long-term parking at the train station if they allow it. Hopefully the parking lots directly across from the intermodal will be developed similarly. Mixed use or office with parking space.
Now I have to find a picture of the BOK Warehouse for comparison.
Yay! One less nasty parking lot in downtown!
So there will be no ground floor restaurants or anything? Just office space?
It will only support XTO - not open to the public.
