I’ve been noticing a new building rising on Rogers Road between Collinsworth and Riverfront (near University Park Village), and from the method of construction I figured it was a new apartment development. There hasn’t been any sort of information at the construction site as to what was going on, and I haven’t heard anything about it in the various development circles either.
Well, finally, I’ve got the scoop. The new development is called Gallery 1701, and it’s a new apartment development by none other than Lincoln Apartments. While the building’s not quite finished yet, the leasing office is open, so if you’re curious you can stop by 1701 Rogers Road and check it out. I’ll grab a construction shot soon.

I don’t have pricing info to give anyway. This was a pretty quiet project. Haven’t heard anything about it. It was only on my last trip by that I saw they finally have an information sign up.
Gallery 1701 has actually been leasing for over a month now. They have several advertising ads in the apartment guide, downtownfw magazine, and fort worth weekly just to name a few.

I couldn’t tell if the structure on the west side of Rogers was also part of Gallery 1701. On their website, those buildings are outlined on the location page- but appear to be a separate community.
The project is being developed by Robert Shaw of Columbus Real Estate Partners and being leased and managed by Lincoln Property Co. by it’s 3rd. party group.
I toured the complex and it was amazing!! First impression, staff WONDERFUL very knowledgeable about property.
Yes this place is amazing! I’m currently looking for my very first apartment and I already had one place in mind then I found this complex. It’s a luxury apartment and they have some crazy specials going on right now (but won’t last long). And Dana (think I may have misspelled her name) and Rebbeca are absolutely wonderful (leasing consultants). With the specials the apartments are still a little out of my price range but it’s so amazing and so close to work that I may just go through with it (already submitted my application and been approved). You really should go check this place out just to see what they have.
Cool blog. I found luxury apartments at vivas lend lease. They have a great range of apartments in Sydney and Melbourne.
I am the manager of Gallery 1701 and I just heard about this website (I’m new to Ft. Worth). I am so excited to see that FW has this blog website, I love it! Anyway, we have move-ins beginning mid December and they are leasing up pretty fast. The buildings across the street are a part of us, but will have a separate leasing office. They will be called Colonial Park Apts and are considered our phase 2. We have some great specials going on right now, so please stop by anytime and we would be glad to show you around!
