SoSeven’s Shops & Lofts are making steady progress – one of the new buildings already has two levels of condos atop its ground-level retail space, and framing for the third should be rising shortly.

In the back of the property, they’re continuing with the construction of more blocks of townhomes.

When completed, they’ll look like these.
