The Oleander Place Townhomes at Adams & Oleander are making good progress on Phase One. The stucco rear facade is up, and the brick & stone facades facing Adams and Oleander are now going up. Inside, I’m told that finish-out is proceeding nicely, and that kitchen cabinets and such are going in. I plan on taking a walk through the development once it gets a little farther along. For more information, check out the development’s web site at oleanderplace.com or contact Chris Faulkner by phone (817-975-3300) or e-mail.
