CNU Video: "A Convenient Remedy To The Inconvenient Truth"
This video was produced by the Congress for the New Urbanism, and extolls the virtues of walkable urban environments as they relate to the environment and daily life. It begins talking about something everybody’s familiar with – switching from incandescent light bulbs to compact fluorescents – then leads into something that saves even more: walkable neighborhoods.

We have such a nice downtown. It’s a shame that this park has been allowed to become such an eyesore. I wonder if anybody has done an estimate on what it would cost to repair this park. I know that the city has a shortfall in this year’s budget. Maybe if we could get a estimate on the cost, we could perhaps have a fund raiser to fix and repair.
