Better SoSeven Progress Photos

Had the opportunity recently to get some much better progress photos over at SoSeven in the Cultural District. The building rising up from the underground garage is nearly finished with the ground floor, from which we’ll see the next floors rise (I’m guessing these will be of wood frame construction, which would make this building five stories tall at maximum).

Meanwhile, the first building’s windows are almost all in, and the stucco facade is going up. Looks to be similar in color to the concrete of Montgomery Plaza. Some renderings showed these buildings with blue tile roofs – will be interesting to see what they actually wind up using.

The Shops & Lofts portion of the development is a design of architecture firm Good, Fulton, and Farrell.

Announced retail tenants of SoSeven thus far include Primo’s Bar & Grille, Hola! Tapas, Performance Playground, Vino Jean Michael, Saint-Emilion, and an unnamed bike shop. I expect more tenant announcements in the not-too-distant future.
