The first building of SoSeven’s Shops & Lofts has now had some of its stucco facade applied & painted, and window glass is going in as well. This creamy white look is likely going to be used for all of the shops & lofts buildings – looks a bit lighter than the renderings indicated.

The concrete framing for the first floor of the next building is steadily working its way toward 7th. This building will top out at five stories.

At the International Conference Of Shopping Centers (May 18-21), we should be seeing a lot of announcements for the rest of the retail portions of all the 7th Street developments. It’s been a frustrating wait, but we’re almost there.
