Museum Place "Flatiron" going vertical

The triangular (Flatiron-style) Museum Place building across 7th from One Museum Place is headed upward. This building, which will be four stories tall, will be ground-level retail with three floors of office space.

Still planned is the conversion of the parking lot that sits between the rear of this building and the historic retail building behind it into an extension of Barden Street with on-street parking. Here’s a rendering of the finished Flatiron-style building from the 7th Street side.
