The new Southwest Bank on 7th Street, which I broke the news about in February, is under construction. In fact, they’ve already framed the building (another 7th Street project in steel). Click for a bigger view:

The building will have retail space available to lease as well. It was designed by local architect Robert W. Kelly. The building follows good urban design - it’s right up on the sidewalk, all parking is to the rear, the drive-through is hidden, and it presents the street with friendly entrances and windows.
