Trinity Terrace Announces Third Tower

Trinity Terrace, the retirement condo development on the river in west downtown, has announced the construction of a third tower, which will join its old original Terrace Tower and still under-construction City Tower. The next tower, to be called River Tower, will also feature a top-floor restaurant. In addition, Trinity Terrace will be constructing brownstone-style townhomes to go along with the River Tower, adding another type of residential to their portfolio.

No word just yet on height – the City Tower has topped out at sixteen stories. It will be interesting to see what direction Trinity Terrace will take with their new tower.
