More Bricks On The Carnegie

Facade work at The Carnegie, the new office/retail tower in Sundance Square, is moving quickly. A substantial amount of the tan brickwork is now in place on the building’s upper levels. Once more of the brick is in place, I’d expect that we’ll see the stone trim going up. The building’s two-story base, still bare concrete at the moment, will likely happen soon (ish) as well.

Still no word on retail tenants, but the office leasing seems to have gone very well indeed. When it opens later this year, the Carnegie will be over 80% leased, and is expected to be fully leased by the end of the year.
