A quick update on the new mixed-use building going up in Linwood next to Montgomery Plaza - I’ve learned who the building’s architect is. It was designed by Tom Malone of TMA Architects. Tom is also responsible for the Oleander Plaza Lofts and Pennsylvania Lofts mixed-use developments near Baylor and Harris hospitals, respectively. Both are offices on the ground floor and loft apartments above. He’s also got a new development in the works at Jennings & Rosedale, another mixed-use structure with offices on the ground floor and loft apartments above.
The builder for the Linwood project and the Pennsylvania Lofts is Steward Builders of Weatherford. Glad to have you active in urban Fort Worth, Lonnie!
