Legal Aid Of Northwest Texas Building Going Up

At the corner of Weatherford and Pecan, previously home to LANWT’s offices in an old church building, their new home is now going vertical.

The building, on the northern edge of Pecan Place and the border between downtown and Uptown, will feature 20,000 square feet of office space and allow LANWT to consolidate in one urban location away from their Arlington remote office. The building’s first floor will feature an entrance lobby and a well-hidden parking area, with the rest devoted to office space. Click the image for a bigger view of the rendering:

The architects, Multatech Architecture, have done a very good job keeping the parking hidden, surrounded by the building’s first-floor facade and greenery, thereby maintaining the pedestrian-friendly nature of the area as it redevelops with condos and townhomes.
