Shops & Lofts at So7 rolling along
Work keeps going on the Shops & Lofts at So7 across from Montgomery Plaza. The crews have been doing some serious excavating, perhaps for underground parking. Interestingly, the excavations also briefly revealed the old foundation structures of the (presumably industrial) buildings that used to be on the site.
Not much information on retail tenants has come out just yet, but two names that have been revealed thus far are Performance Playground (a gym) and Primo’s, a bar & grill.
