Carnegie facade work beginning

At last, with the building topping out, facade work is getting underway on the Carnegie, the new office/retail tower in Sundance Square. The first windows are going in now:

It will be great to finally see the building’s facade in person after all the renderings. The Carnegie was designed by David Schwarz, architect of the Bass Performance Hall, the Chase Building, Sundance West, the Palace and Sundance theaters, and a huge array of other buildings in Fort Worth, Dallas, and Washington, D. C.
