This bit of news slipped out while I was in Mexico – the movie theater being built as part of the big West 7th project by Cypress Equities will be run by Movie Tavern. The theater will feature seven screens. In addition, a 150 room botique hotel is coming to the project, and the number of apartments in the development has climbed to 345.
More info to come, I’m sure – Cypress should be releasing some info about other retailers in the not too distant future.
