That’s right - a little birdie has told me that there will be a groundbreaking ceremony at the site of West 7th, the new mixed-use development by Cypress Equities. Of course, the ground has already been broken in a big way, physically, with the whole “demolishing block after block and already turning dirt” thing and all that, so I’m guessing this is more of a ceremonial/official kick-off sort of thing. Still, it’s good to have the project officially being launched.
The West 7th groundbreaking will be Tuesday, November 20, at 9:00 AM at the West 7th site.
