The prolific Village Homes is underway on a new development known as Hilltop, at 7th & Haskell in the Cultural District just up from the University of North Texas Health Science Center and the Museum Place development. Situated at the top of a hill (imagine that), Hilltop looks to be yet another quality development from everybody’s favorite local premium infill builder.

Below is a rendering of the finished product (obtained via the traditional “take a picture of the sign” method). Hilltop was designed by…who else? Ken Schaumburg, who just might be urban Fort Worth’s busiest architect. Of course, when you look at his work, you can see why – the man’s good, no doubt about it.
