Shops & Lofts at So7 (finally) underway

Work is finally - finally - underway on the Shops & Lofts at So7, the biggest phase of the So7 urban development that stretches along Trinity Park between 7th & Lancaster. The Shops & Lofts will feature extensive ground floor retail space with condos above, and will fill out the space between the Residence Inn and 7th Street.

The Shops & Lofts at So7 were designed by Good, Fulton, and Farrell. Here’s a rendering of the 7th Street elevation of the finished product:
