The Caceria Building, Wagner Oil’s new 7-story office building in Sundance Square, has topped out. Work is now underway framing for walls and windows, and it shouldn’t be much longer before we see the facade work underway. The Caceria Building is designed by Fort Worth’s Gideon Toal, and will feature six floors of office space with ground-floor retail.
