Better renderings of Texas & Pacific Warehouse redevelopment

Previously, all I’ve had to show you of the planned T&P Warehouse project was a very blurry shot of the project’s three renderings, but now I’m able to show each of the renderings in much greater clarity. Click the images for a bigger view:

The renderings show that not only would the warehouse itself be redeveloped as lofts and ground-level retail, but three additional three-story buildings would go up behind it, surrounding a plaza and fountain. Behind those buildings would be a parking structure.

Getting the T&P Warehouse redeveloped (and stopping Chesapeake from putting a gas well behind it) would be a big boost to the Lancaster project, and I’m really anxious to see this move forward. If I find out anything more, I’ll pass it along.
