Lofts of St. Mary’s may go mixed-use

A quick note on an interesting Fort Worth South development. Fort Worthology’s friend AndyN got a chance to talk to the developer of the Lofts of St. Mary’s project, which plans to convert an old church gym to lofts. The project may shift from an all-residential project to a mixed-use development of residential and commercial/retail space.

This is a truly interesting project, and I’m eagerly watching it. I’ll post more news when I get it.
