West 7th: And the Demolition Continues…

Demolition work is now being carried out on the block bounded by Crockett, Norwood, Morton, and Currie for the big West 7th development.

Meanwhile, the previously demolished block bounded by 7th, Norwood, Crockett, and Currie has been cleared, and dirt is already moving:

That block will be home to this part of the development:

Looks like 7th Haven will be holding out until November, when their redeveloped building at 7th & Carroll is ready.
