Downtown Sheraton redevelopment progress

The old Plaza Hotel down by the Water Gardens is now deep into its complete renovation into a Sheraton. These photos show the progress being made on the building, including what appears to be a shot of the new facade being installed.

It will be interesting to see the change in the building’s appearance when this is complete - it was never a particularly attractive building. This will also be a good shot in the arm for SoDo and the Lancaster Corridor.
