Two City Place over half leased

Two City Place, the Class-A office redevelopment of the north Tandy Center tower, has reached 55% occupancy with the arrival of more tenants, according to the Star-Telegram. Besides the office tenants, a bank and a Subway will be going in to the building’s ground floor retail spaces.

Work on converting One City Place, the south tower, to condos is expected to be underway soon.
