If you’ve ever been on Magnolia in Fort Worth South, you might have noticed the tiny little building between the vacant lot at Magnolia & Henderson (where a new condo development is about to go in) and the old apartment building at Magnolia & Adams. After being vacant for as long as anybody at Fort Worthology can remember, crews have been spotted reworking the building, likely in preparation for a new tenant. The photo above shows the vibrant new paint scheme that’s been applied to the once all-white building.
We look forward to seeing what goes in to this little building. Another structure in use on Magnolia is great news, as well. Whatever the new tenant is, we’re sure it will make another fine addition to the Magnolia streetscape.
