Mixed Use at Magnolia & Henderson

No rendering yet, but at the corner of Magnolia & Henderson PD Development is planning a new mixed-use development that will have ground floor retail and upper floor office space and luxury apartments. Not a lot of info on this one yet, but we’ll bring you more as we hear it. This development would replace the vacant lot across the street from the restored Max Mehl Building.
