THIS DOES NOT INDICATE THAT THE TENANTS ARE ACTUALLY CONFIRMED. Museum Place Development Group has NOT officially confirmed any tenants for the retail portion of the project.

The response from the Museum Place Development Group is:

The retail tenant list posted on this site was obtained from information used during the International Council of Shopping Centers spring convention earlier this week. These tenants have not been confirmed and the Museum Place Development team is not announcing any retailers at this time.

Welcome, ifoAppleStore visitors!

UPDATE: Fort Worthology staff has now seen the preliminary site plans, and can confirm that these tenants are listed. The Apple Store will be located on the south side of West 7th Street between Arch Adams and Barden, near the development’s hotel (which may be an Aloft). Word has come to Fort Worthology of the first retail tenants of the huge Museum Place project (the New Urbanist mixed-use development now underway at the University/Camp Bowie/7th/Baily intersection in the Cultural District). The latest news we have is that some of the project’s retail tenants will include:

Apple Anthropologie Backwoods West Elm J. Crew Z Gallerie Jasper’s J. Jill Bebe La Duni La Duni Coffee Alo by La Duni Bo Concept Design Within Reach Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams Nola’s Tapas Bar Swoozie’s Lucy / Lu Lu Lemon Pinto Ranch

In addition, there are rumors that the project’s hotel portion may be an Aloft by W.

UPDATE: The rendering of the building at the site marked “hotel” is obviously based on the distinctive style of the Aloft by W brand. This seems to indicate that the hotel may, indeed, likely be an Aloft.

Assuming this information to be correct, this will be Fort Worth’s first Apple Store (there are currently Apple Stores at Southlake Town Square, Dallas, and Plano) as well as the first presence of the other retailers. We will keep you up-to-date as we learn more.
