New Office Building for the 6th/7th Split

Red Oak Realty, who recently purchased 500 West 7th (the 1961 SOM tower on Burnett Park that’s a mini recreation of their famous NYC Lever House tower) have announced plans for a four-story office building on the small block next to the 500 W. 7th parking garage, where there is currently an unused bank drive-through. The small, oddly-shaped block is near the intersection of 6th, 7th, and Cherry near 500 W. 7th and Burnett Plaza.

While not being a huge development, the new building should add nicely to the density of the area, and that’s always a good thing. As we learn more, we’ll post updates - hopefully, we’ll be getting a rendering in the not-too-distant future.
