Red Oak Realty, who recently purchased 500 West 7th (the 1961 SOM tower on Burnett Park that’s a mini recreation of their famous NYC Lever House tower) have announced plans for a four-story office building on the small block next to the 500 W. 7th parking garage, where there is currently an unused bank drive-through. Well, the Klabzuba Oil 10-story tower shrank to 4 stories by the time it actually got approved, so unfortunately the building won’t be contributing to the skyline.
