Phase 2 of The Versailles planned

Fort Worthology has learned that a 2nd phase of The Versailles, the Ken Schaumburg-designed condo project on Henderson near the Trinity River, is planned for construction. The new Versailles phase will be on the next block south of the existing phase, and will be of similar design to the existing building. A rendering of the original structure is shown below.

The first phase of The Versailles is currently fully occupied, so demand for the development is obviously quite good. We’ll bring you more info on the next phase of The Versailles as we get it.
