At last, we have a rendering of the Caceria Building, currently under construction at 5th & Commerce in downtown. Designed by Gideon Toal of Fort Worth and being built by Wagner Oil (owners of 500 Commerce next door), the Caceria Building will be a seven-story Victorian Revival office building with ground floor retail.

Unfortunately, that’s the biggest rendering we have. If we can get a bigger image, we’ll update the site. Even from the small image, though, it can be seen that the Caceria Building is a very attractive traditional building that should add greatly to the downtown streetscape. The building is red brick with stone trim.
Stay tuned for more updates on the Caceria Building as construction progresses!
