Updates on Tower retail

Progress on filling out the ground-level space in The Tower, the condo tower made from the tornado-ravaged hulk of the old Bank One Tower, is moving right along. At a recent resident’s meeting, it was revealed that almost all the ground-level space has been leased. Qdoba is (at last) making progress on their space nexg to the existing Potbelly, Cantina Laredo has signed a lease, a convenience store is coming, and there is also a jazz/wine bar called “The Vault” making its way to the ground-level retail space.

Overall, good news for downtown’s streetscape around the Tower. We’ll keep you posted as more info is available.
