Cafe Modern, the delicious little restaurant sitting in the shallow pond that surrounds the stunning Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, designed by famed architect Tadao Ando.

If you ever get the chance to eat at Cafe Modern, do take it. We had brunch there once, and were served a savory chipotle cheesecake featuring goat cheese and a pumpkin-seed crust, which was one of the most interesting and tasty things I’ve ever eaten. The chocolate brownie with bourbon brown sugar ice cream for dessert was incredibly good, as well.
